Network
Control Station (NCS)
The NOTIFIER Network Control Station (NCS) is a high-performance
desktop computer with text graphics display capability of
all network events and points. The NCS runs under the user-friendly
Windows® environment. The NCS is an ideal addition to
NOTI-FIRE-NET (Release 3.0 or higher) when network
monitoring and control are required.
INA
The Intelligent Network Annunciator (INA) is an 80-character
backlit LED display with operator keypad for the NOTIFIER
network, NOTI-FIRE-NET. The INA provides control and
display capabilities for the following network nodes: AM2020,
AFP1010, AFP-400, AFP-300, AFP-200 fire alarm control panels.
NOTIoFIREoNET
NOTI-FIRE-NET is the interface which allows NOTIFIER
Intelligent Fire Alarm Control Panels to form a network.
Each local control panel (network node) maintains its own
area of protection, while monitoring and controlling other
areas (other network nodes).
Local information is displayed at each network node. In
areas such as a security office, where the entire network
must be monitored, network annunciators are available.
NOTI-FIRE-NET is based on the proven ARCNET® local
area network technology, with four million nodes installed
worldwide. This computer LAN architecture makes NOTI-FIRE-NET
extremely powerful, yet simple to configure and install.
